First Messianic Yeshiva in India!

We had almost 60 students turn out for our first day of classes, they were energetic, excited and ready to learn about Yeshua. We didn’t waste any time and we dove right into the topic of Pharisaism in the second temple period. I soon found out how high of a retention level they had as the next day I fired tough questions at them and they were quick to respond with the correct answers.

We’re now studying the Church Fathers and how we should understand their theology within a Messianic framework. It really is something watching Indian students contemplating the roles of Eusibeus and Irenaeus and how they relate to Messianic Judaism.

We’re not slowing down for next weeks classes as we jump into Messianic politics. Today’s world is changing quickly especially with the news of Israel now accepting Messianics as citizens of Israel. This will be an important topic as our students prepare for integration into Israel after their two years of study. Messianic politics will equip them with everything they need to know about the political atmosphere of the region.

We will soon have the website up for the Torah Light Yeshiva complete with short video clips of some of the students who you can sponsor for only 20 dollars a month. This will enable them to maintain their attendance without their families having to go without due to their not being able to work for those hours they are in school. I’m sure that if you view these clips you will see their dedication to Yeshua and their desire to become ministers to Israel.
